There is a kosher Price Chopper in Albany, it has cholov yisroel. Minyanim at Lake George open after Tisha Ba'av. It is run by Chabad in a tent in Bloody pond road, read about it: http://capitalchabad.com/media/pdf/569/lMGf5698575.pdf The Belz Yeshiva in [[Saratoga Springs]] is about 20 minutes from Lake George. Along with other shuls there.
Bingahamton, home of suny has a huge Jewish population on campus
